og galactus showed up and effortlessly snatched the un away from abraxas- galactus even threw in an insult "you HOLD nothing. you ARE nothing" lol. seems to me that if abraxas were actually tiers above galactus, he would have been able to hold onto the un without a problem. but that's just my opinion.
