Weakest DC character that can beat Gremmy Thoumeaux

No TP or bfr.

Who's the weakest? He's from Bleach - thousand year blood, episode 20 if you all are interested.

Are there any other stips you want to add?

Another manga character with an overpowered ability?

- Bleach #572

Think those 2 are pretty basic.

So, who would be the weakest character iyo that could defeat him?

Count Vertigo, maybe then.

Deadman

Prometheus (neural chaff and strobe lights or whatever it is he uses).

Basically, someone who throws his concentration off so he can't focus on imagining anything. Or Deadman to just possess him (unless Gremmy can see ghosts?)

Maybe even the Atom to go inside and start dancing on his inner ear or something, he'd have no idea why he can't focus and would just be puking up.

Anyway, spitballing here. I see taking Gremmy out as the same as taking a competent GL out (who doesn't have autoshields) or magic user.

If he knows Deadman is a ghost, why not just bring him back from the dead, make him real? Yes, he can do that. Then just defeat him as a real person.

Prometheus? How would Prom handle lava being tossed on him or him just falling in lava?

They start off with basic knowledge of the characters, so he would know Deadman is a ghost.

This character was literally beaten by a brick with a big sword (Kenpachi Zaraki) because Gremmy could not imagine anything stronger than him and ended up self-destructing when he tried to make himself as strong as Kenpachi.

His power on paper is insanely broken on-paper but in practice he's a gigantic pussy.

He defeated himself, the brick didn't defeat him.

The point is, his limit can be reached quite quick.

Via plot. Plot isn't in this thread, though.

I haven't read the manga but it could be very well CIS.

That's not basic knowledge.

Basic knowledge is what the general population of Earth knows.

They don't know of Deadman.

So you're saying he won't see his opponent as soon as the bell starts? If that's the case, since this is a character that can change reality, what do you think he will do next against an opponent he can't see?

Arm fall off boy.

He will immediately think 'oh it must be a ghost' and act accordingly, apparently, according to you lmao.

Why assume his opponent is invisible? He could be microscopic, like the Atom. Or hidden in the Earth like GeoForce. Or a speedster, too fast to see.

By the time he realises, it'll be too late.

Vertigo is probably the weakest link tbf - pretty sure him being royalty and in the public eye means Gremmy would take him out at the start. Prometheus is a wildcard - nobody knows of him.

Let's add Jericho to the list. They lock eyes....it's over.

Just saw the bit about Prometheus.

With his neural chaff and strobe lights, he would disorientate Gremmy so much he's unable to form any coherent thoughts.

If he can't see an opponent when the battle starts, why not just make that person visible? Let me guess, Deadman will blitz an entire football field in a nano second and attack him? He can also create multiple versions of himself that has its own personality, etc and the same power level as him... he can create beings with a thought also (he created someone that had the same powers as forgetmenot). All done during a fight. Can Deadman possess multiple people?

Prometheus dies.

How're they going to lock eyes an entire football field away? Jericho powers must be snatching his eyes out and throwing them across a field at his opponent? He moves at light speed as well?

Is this not like a form of TP? No mind tricks, please.
