So is carver just being retarded like he often is with anime characters or is this character even worth a shit compared to other settings?
Because other versus sites have this dude capped at like small town level. And looking at his powerset he doesn't even have any particularly broken abilities like your average Stand user in Jojo.

toji is not the most powerful in jujutsu kaisen and jjk is not a particularly strong verse (although it's really good anime you should watch it)
toji would shit stomp slow moving brick like hulk but lose to meta tier in dc
