The Lowest you can go, Vs (some of) the JLA!

You have to choose one powerset from DC, to be yours. You are only allowed the limits shown by said character, but you're allowed to be more creative with the powers.

So for example, if you choose, say, Aquaman, you get super strength, durability, etc with the power LEVEL limited to everything that Aquaman has shown in comics. BUT you can be more creative, so you can...thunderclap, for example, even though Arthur does not do this. You could choose truly OOC tactics, like...Flash's powerset, and try biting everyone's faces off, but remember that this will tip the JLA off that you are a clear threat, and they will respond accordingly.

You are facing four members of the JLA, I.e. the Big 3 (Superman/WW/Batman) PLUS Martian Manhunter.

For this, Batman has no special specific prep, but he knows you're a JLA-level threat so he has arrived appropriately (so no special anti-telepathy circuitry built into his cowl etc, but he HAS shown up in his Batplane).

shouldn't i auto win with the flash? i mean if im going cis off, even without prep, they wouldn't stand a chance the first time they meet me. they be caught off guard.

martian manhunter, the amount of powers wasted on that green martian is astounishing. he could've been a silver surfer but choose to be a super skrull+ instead. I'd be so creative with his powers. full frontal TP blitz then invisible/intangible + phasing their vital organ.

do I get prep

Yes, you can have prep - but the JLA will come into the fight knowing you have prep (but it will be unspecified). However, they cannot prep specifically for you.

So when the match starts, WW/Superman/MMH might go 'this Special Cybernetic Action Team member is too dangerous/powerful, he has XYZ powerset - better neutralise him ASAP'.

If you don't have prep, then they *might* not go all-out.

And yeah, we *could* go for the simplest tactic, but I just like reading creative ones. Leo went with Pym in the previous thread, for example, against the Defenders.

Just those four.

You can choose the powerset of anyone in DC, you can be as creative/OOC as you want, BUT you are limited to their power levels. So no choosing Jay Garrick's powerset and using Wally's showings etc.

Go crazy.

It's for round 2, anyway. Round 1, BFR is on, and Galan's sneaky use of Z beam rads - assuming Superman gets caught/MMH doesn't use his TP, is admittedly very cool.

Think about it. If I went through life handling things far better than most Americans, having a credit score higher than most Americans and a bank account thicker than most people, probably greater than the both of you that probably live depressed lives... wouldn't that make me smarter than you? I check every single box financially and had to work for that shit. That honestly speaks volumes about our mindset and goals, doesn't it? At your age Mindset, I was touching a 6 figure salary.
