Yeah, CW Superman is pretty powerful. IIRC, it's been stated that his max output is comparable to a solar flare, which is basically the equivalent of millions of nukes.
In his fight with Doomsday, they destroyed a decent chunk of the moon's surface, which can be seen at the start of the teaser:

Hell, Doomsday just launching himself causes a massive explosion that, based on its size relative to the curvature of the moon, would likely devastate a small country.
At another part in their fight, from the finale of the previous season, Clark literally punches Doomsday all the way to the moon.
On top of how powerful CWMan is, he's also stupidly fast and only 6ft tall based on his actors height. With how big the Kaiju are, that's equivalent to trying to hit a bullet that can moved in 360 degrees, change direction at top speed and laser beam you all at the same time. He could easily just fly into a mouth and shred their insides before punching his way out.
https://imgur.com/a/ustrVkD - Catches up to, then catches a freight train that jumped off the tracks. Then heats the tracks up and guides it back into place before anyone realizes what happened.
That's just one of his wonky speed feats. The Kajiu won't even be able to hit him.

The Kaiju constantly move hundreds of mph in combat, they are not slow. Outside of DCEU and weaker versions most Supermen on screen or in comics should be able to beat or stalemate most Godzillas. Lightspeed Mothra would be a better match.
I've actually seen people say that they're actually on Mars at the start of that fight sequence, and that they end up in the asteroid belt towards the end, which is why the camera pans past the partly destroyed Moon and further into space. Which, if it's true, makes the whole thing even more impressive, as the scale of that explosion is actually way bigger and the speed they'd actually be travelling while fighting would be much faster. It'd also actually be a pretty good feat for Superman's vision if he's able to see the Earth at that size with that amount of clarity, even while dazed, all the way from the asteroid belt.
In classic Superman fashion, he can also sun dip, which pushes his powers to a whole different level, like literally punching so hard that he affected reality itself and stopped two Earths from alternate realities (his Earth and Bizarro World) from merging:

I forgot to ask which one the OP is actually referring to. Because Superman from the main CW Arrowverse timeline =/= the one from Superman & Lois (who is more powerful IMO). The showrunners confirmed that Superman & Lois is set within its own timeline.
Don't need the showrunners to confirm that, as the show itself has made that very clear.

Yeah, but the showrunners confirmed it very early on, and a lot of people seemingly ignored that fact and kept insisting it was the same character quite a way into the show until too much evidence contradicted this notion.
But, yeah, my point is that the OP doesn't specify which version they're referring to. And you can't even use the most current argument, as the Arrowverse incarnation was still very much alive when all those shows wrapped up and is even showed in a comic that's set several years after the shows. And, IMO, Superman from Superman and Lois is a both more powerful and more consistent in combat. Arrowverse Superman is kind of all over the place and a number of his feats are hard to quantify.

Probably Supergirls stans who couldn't admit the Superman she beat was a weakling who lost pretty much every solo fight he was in. He couldn't even veat a dude who got a literal copy of his powers few days ago.
