And you can't even use the most current argument, as the Arrowverse incarnation was still very much alive when all those shows wrapped up and is even showed in a comic that's set several years after the shows. And, IMO, Superman from Superman and Lois is a both more powerful and more consistent in combat. Arrowverse Superman is kind of all over the place and a number of his feats are hard to quantify.
Yeah so the only time I thought it was the same Superman was when they brought in Diggle at the end of the first season. That was confusing. But they quickly clarified that in the next season.
And yes there is a big disparity with the 2 versions so it probably should be clarified, much like Loki series Loki compared to MCU 616 Loki.
But personally I take the Superman & Lois version of Superman and the Loki series Loki as the defaults.
