I actually saw this today. Haha, and I hope to see Sinners also. So hopefully best of both worlds.
I enjoyed this, but I wasn't expecting it to be so heavy in theme. So I wouldn't exactly call it a "fun" movie. So it's kind of odd that Marvel is using this as a way of reinvigorating their "Avengers" spark. I give them credit for sort of spoofing themselves by calling them "The New Avengers."

That's true, I guess. I guess I just wasn't expecting it. And it's cool, though, because not many movies deal with such themes, at least not in the big budget action genre. "Smile" was about mental illness/depression, too, I'd say, but it's a horror movie.

And yeah, that girl in Smile was already dealing w. some isdues that would come back to bite her in the ass before the horror adpect ever kicked in.
