It is Skyrim yes, and you can actually play the game in the 3rd person if you so chose. As for wether or not it's worth playing, I'd have to say yes it is still a worthy purchase, even tho bethesda has been sticking their dick in it lately.

*I put it on the wishlist, when I'm done with GTAV I'll give it a go but I'm grinding for an F-160 Raiju Fighter Jet and they are not cheap.*
