The new Storm issue finally showed that LT does get his power and authority directly from TOAA. So if LT has that kind of backing in this fight then he probably wins. It's hard to beat that.

Maybe I guess. But up to this point it was only LT talking about being the representative of TOAA's power. In the new Storm issue we actually saw him act in that position.

Could also be something new to this new 8th cosmos LT for all I know. Just thought it was cool.

Lol I agree, but for some reason that has been a long standing tradition with Marvel's abstract beings. Infinity and Oblivion did the same basic thing way back in the 90s Quasar series, with Maelstrom and Quasar as their avatars instead.
