I asked about any radiation based weakness not just kryptonite, Surfer has fought characters with specific radiation weaknesses (Namor, Doctor Spectrum, Hulk) and he has never used this tactic before. Heck, even Blade has red sun weakness and Surfer never used it on him when they fought.
