Name a movie that you would "suggest" that some others might have not seen.

what about full metal jacket that is a great film i thought

Again, ok movie but very slow. I'm probably one of the few people who don't completely rave about this film. I'd probably give it more credit, but my better judgment has been clouded by a recent viewing of Eyes Wide Shut.

Legend of the Drunken Boxer(at least its close to that title not sure). With Jackie Chan and its pretty funny

i hate jackie chan and all his movies

Punch drunk love, seven, welcome to the dollhouse.i would say happeiness but i found that film the most disturbing movie i have seen since texas chainsaw

A few other films I've seen since last posting in this thread:

Irreversible, Dog Soldiers, Leaving Las Vegas, DodgeBall, One Hour Photo, Donnie Darko, I Stand Alone, Better Off Dead,

Its Master, not Boxer.

But Legend Of the Drunken Master was awesome.

i guess i should see it ive just never really been a jackie fan

Saw Spartan yesterday with Val Kilmer. Not a bad flick.

Just saw it yesterday as well. Somewhat predictable, but a decent directing effort by Mamet nonetheless.

my left foot,millers crossing,blood simple.

Eh, that was one of the worst movies I have ever seen, and quite possibly Kilmer's personal worst.

You didn't even know

Spoiler:
who had been kidnapped, they never said it outloud, so they started hinting at it 1/2 way through the movie. "Do they know who they have?".

Kilmer's delivery was so grade schoolish, and contrived! It was painful to sit through, as was the dialogue.

"I'd call you a stone cold whore master."

People..avoid this movie at all costs.

I guess I didn't seem too thrown off about who they had, probably because it was on the cover before I got into watching the film.

I like the reference to your other Val Kilmer pick of the week.

"This is NOT Mel Torme!"

i would definetly suggest peter pan. not only cuz jeremy sumpter is in it but because its a great movie! i love it! i watch it ever night before i go to bed, its my daily routine!

Here's a movies few have seen: Searching for Bobby Fischer. It's about a young chess player named Josh, who is really gifted. He played speed chess and is noticed by a famous chess teacher. He gives Josh a different kind of lesson, a slow, more developed strategy, instead of the speed chess Josh learned in the parks of NYC. This movies isn't just for chess fans, but it can appel to all ppl, in someway.
