I would highly recommend Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead hope this hasn't been suggested already, but either way it's a good film, even if you're not into Shakespeare!!

Yes!! Someone actually has heard of this movie. Great film.

Also I would highly recommend my favorite film of all time, River's Edge, though it's not for everyone. It is also Keanu Reeve's first leading role in a film (1987 - the best year ever for films).

Heavenly Creatures! Transvestite Zombies!!??!! Not in the version I saw... it was Kate Winslet's first film, and covered a true story... my song, "Plasticine People" was based on it...
