I think I just use it as a kinda trademark thing. I don't put it on all my posts, but I do on most of them. I think it's just a trademark thing for me. I do it with everything, not just on the forums.~

Americans dont use it!🙂 Its used to change the pronounciation (sp) of the words basacly. Same as in spanish. Like señor!🙂

OHHH yeah duh, but I don't know how to get that little thing over the letter. I don't think you can do that on an American keyboard~

well basacly you press on the little thing and then on the letter. It doesn't go on top of all the letters though.

ok I just tried that and it didn't work for me. I tried putting it over the n but it was a no go~

yeah it doesnt work, because in order for me to use ~ I have to push shift first so when i try doing it all at the same time I get-
~~AA~A~A~A etc................
