The zombies in Resident Evil are UNDEAD - by definition they are zombies.Resident EVil actually took the zombie "crap" and made it somehwat scientific and added that extra edge of realism that made it somehwat disturbing (these are the game I'm on about here). It was a virus used for miliatary applications that gave humans enhanced strength and so on, but it killed the brain dead, leaving the corpse to rot while the brain had basic motor functions. They were dead, decaying corpses moving around. They were zombies.
The plots for the games were brilliant, they could have just turned the games into movies and everyone would be happy.
Two Resident Evil movies, and no Albert Wesker? Seriously, it's getting beyond a joke.
Weskers plot line alone is ten times better than the crummy films.
Nemesis was also a brilliant enemy in the games, he was scarier than Tyrant, and made you jump and sh*t your pants everytime he cried out "Staaaaaars!". Movie Nemesis is utter crap.
Alice? Alice? Who the f**k is Alice?
I wish Mr. Anderson would stop re-writing franchises and stop infuriating fans - after all they are the only ones who bother watching these movies.
Originally posted by pr1983well i don't know in all the game i have played and all the books i have read i have never heard they were meant to be stronger people. but maybe your right.
zombies was an accident, the monsters were deliberate. tyrant was intentional, like dogs and sharks and such. the zombies were an unexpected side-effect.
Originally posted by pr1983i ment nothing was just made stronger yet still normal. i now that tirant and Nem were made strong but yet still was mutated.
tyrant, the t-90 and the nemesis were built to be super soldiers. they used human body parts that were augmented, or they used human test subjects to create them. u can only improve something so much before it mutates into something else when u use the t/g - virus.
Originally posted by pr1983They made the zombies first with no intention of them being more incredible then normal people, but once they learned to manipulate it they learned they could make stronger things like you say.
of course, but the mutation was seen as a way of improving on humans, thats what i meant.
Originally posted by pr1983hmmm.. well maybe. i was to believe that it was to make them not feel pain and that, so really they were saposta be zombies but not rot and that, but still i think when you said it would make them stronger, i got lost lol.
as far as i know (going by the games), the zombies were an accident, they were the result of the outbreak
