Here is a far away view.
Matt got one, too, on his right forearm. He said it's because he's a hardcore gamer at heart, and this image is special to him since it made him "the gamer he is today" as he puts it. He already has Madison's name on his wrist.

Yay!
Thanks, all. π
Next week, I'm gonna get another tattoo in the same spot on my left forearm of something video game related. I need to think about this, though.
Sweet design!
It really depends on 2 things: Where you get it tatted and your thresh hold for pain.
The worst part is the black outlining. Then, usually, your skin becomes numbed while the coloring is occuring. It feels almost like one long, continous hypodermic shot. After the session is over, it mainly, to me, feels like a sunburn.

Planning on doing it on the inside of my left wrist.
As for my tolerance for pain...pretty high, actually. I'm a clutz and will oftentimes not noticed that I injured myself until well after the fact when I'm like "wow, I'm bleeding" or "where the hell did that bruise come from?". Go me.
The last few shots I've had to get were insanely painful (yay for anesthetic for a broken finger, it felt like they stuck the damn thing straight through my hand), so that's not exactly reassuring π Though I was with Moira when she got two of hers so yeah, I know the basic process and stuff.

The wrist is a good spot for a rookie. β
Size is also a factor, since the session can't last too long if it's a small tatt.
Umm, yeah......getting a shot in your finger would hurt me, too, I imagine. π

Heh, yeah, it won't be very big. Maybe an inch and a half at the widest/longest part, tops.
