Um...i've never smoked but I treat mah obsessions this way(i'll put cigarettes in there just for the record):

I'm going to have 5 cigarettes today...no more...next week I will have 4, next week 3 and so on till I can get to none...

Course that might not work but tis my best suggestion (I have n good ones whatsoever oh well who really cares? 😉 )

hm, yeah. it does work in theory. i've decided to quit a week ago--i don't smoke much (15 a day) but i've been smoking for 4 years. cutting down sounds less drastic and seems possible, as opposed to quitting cold turkey.

ugh stupid cigarettes and their nicotine and such. leave me be! wallbash

Try using nicotine gum or lots of tasty low calorie foods - like rice cakes and stuff with toppings. I think my dad quit in some way like that.

i've never smoked and i don't intend to, it kills ppl, and makes them smell bad, so then what's the point of smokin in the first place?? 😕
