but if everything keeps happening to anakin in ways that it has maybe the turn point for anakin was his mother we won't know until ep 3 comes out

there are multiple reasons for Anakin turning to the dark side

because..my wife is my life...if she were to be murdered, i would hunt down and kill the perpetrators.....afterwards, i wouldnt purposely hurt innocents, but i wouldnt go out of my way to protect them.

Yes, but that doesn;t mean that HAS to be what happens to Anakin.

What if he thinks Padme betrayed him? He's a flaky guy, is Anakin...

You must understand, Vader does not see them as innocent. His mind is so twisted that he sees only enemies of the Republic/Empire. Enemies who want to weaken what he believes to be "how things should be".
Remember his dialogue in AOTC in Naboo, "people should made to agree"

Vader is a sociopath by the time of the OT, he kills without a second thought.
