He said this after ROTJ too, There will be more starwars movies even if not directed my Lucas

yeah OK...

I still think it would be cool to see another star wars movie not involved w/ the trilogy. New characters, different time period...just a story set in the star wars universe...but we'll probably never see that if Lucas has anything to do with it.

i have heard some rumors that in 2014, George Lucas plans to continue the star wars saga further.

I can see that this would be possible, its so open after ROTJ. What happens to the remaining rebels?

Some things i have heard is that the story would continue with the rebuilding of the republic, and the luke or someone training more people to become jedi's. This could be a godd story, but like i said this is rumors. I sure hope this happens, that would be soo awsome!!!!!

Only thing is they would need new ppl for luke or leia, if the saga continued.

I saw George Lucas on national tv say that he is locking them up after revenge of the sith so know one can ever do them again plus he said he would'nt even talk about it he said he was going to do more young indy chronicles the only thing I know is of the tv series that is suppose to come out but he not even going to be involved with that I think thats Ricks macculm deal.

hey, i have a newspaper cutting of this. ill post tomorrow. basically says that people at some sfx thing were asked to work on ep789 and someone spilled the beans.
