Hag and Ham have a known fight against a known foe, Kaguya shouldn't have changed one bit in interrum. Indra and Ashura, harder to say.

You can still use other characters as gauges, like you did with Mito.

Oh okay. He'd supposed to be a canon character though.

Yea, but in Mito's case, it's more, "she has a certain ability which comes with a certain level of power."

With Indra and Ashura, the levels achievable with those exact powers vary a lot. They could be Madara/Hashirama strong, they could be Naruto/Sasuke strong.

I'm not sure where they land on a fairly wide spectrum. Though I could be forgetting something that makes it more clear.

Madara/Hashirama strong seems likely, at least for Indra. Indra was shown using Perfect Susanoo. Ashura was noted to be as powerful as Indra before he became Hagoromo's successor.

Eh I'm sure if one likes Hinata the movie is fine.

Just realized I have some significant figures without listings: I have Omoi, but not Karui, Samui, Mabui, or Atsui.

I'm thinking Samui at A- (we really don't see her do too much, but she's the jonin of a combat team, and is treated as stronger than her brother), Mabui at A- (Jonin, awesome support jutsu, but that's all we know), Karui and Atsui at B (the level where I put Omoi)? Or maybe Atsui at B-?

They seem strong enough figures to be used in the big fights.

Ah, Perfect Susano'o, that is a move with known power. So yea, that level works.

Kiba (4th War) should be bumped up a tier atleast, he demolished Rashomon which stopped the 3(?) tail Naruto's tailed beast bomb.

I mean c'mon he would Roflstomp Ino.

i forgot who summoned that rashomon, but aren't techs (to some degree) only as strong as their sommoner?

I doubt whoever summoned it was on Oro's level.

looked it up. it was filler and makes no sense considering the other rashomon appearances.

In a direct fight, sure. In usefulness, not so much, considering she not only prevented the Shinobi Alliance from getting hit by Juubi biju balls... twice, and got a 4-tailed biju equivalent sealed, and was running communications for the alliance after he dad died, and in Choji's body was able to hold off Asuma for a bit, and she can possess two beings at once so if she got the drop on him there literally would be no fight...

Ino Yamanaka is not direct-combat specced, but if you wanna talk about usefulness? Yeesh, is her jutsu helpful, of the konoha 11 she ended up being one of the ones with the heaviest contributions behind the mains.

Tbf Kishi seemed to forget Shino & Kiba existed during most of the war.

Kiba's tracking skills and his combat usefulness can kinda equal her out of combat usefulness. Her holding her own vs Asuma in h2h was dumb as f***

Can confirm that Toneri halved the moon, btw--just saw the fight on Youtube.

And Naruto deflects the same attack he halved the moon with, with his hand.

Also pretty cool that the song from Naruto vs Gaara is playing, going back to the classics.

Gonna need pics. I recall a big cut but not the moon literally being split in two.
