But if I had to pick someone realistically it would be

Sentry/Void or Silver Surfer w/ WOL. Ultimately they would lose and you would die a horrible death but they would last the longest.

Actually scratch that I would pick Storm. If I'm going to die I at least want a hot chick by my side

Since Thanos is brilliant, he knows about Wolverine knowing Squirrel Girl. Accordingly, he is afraid to harm Wolverine since doing so would cause Squirrel Girl to crush him again.
