This is a better fight than credited. Daredevil is no slouch.
If he can survive the assault of insanity that Hawkeye can launch long enough to take a strike of his own he might well take down Hawkeye.
They fought before. It wasnt a bad fight at all. Hawkeye used a blinding arrow to take DD down. Obviously DD wasnt phazed, but he had to act like it in order not to give up his blindness. They fough again in the same book and the Hawkeye used a sonic arrow. Im sure we all know Hawkeye is deaf, so that was a good idea. The fight could go either way.
Unless DD gets the drop on him early, Hawkeye wins.
Sonic, concussion, and teargas arrows will all be uber effective against D.D. If D.D does get in close, he could pop a sonic head at close range and beat him up just like he did to Mockingbird (he was deafenned by using this tactic with the arrowhead IN HIS MOUTH to block out Crossfire's mind-controll).

The T-Bolts fight wasn't prepped much beyond "walk in on their hide-out and show them who's boss." He had plenty of intelligence about them though.
Abomination wasn't prepped, but Clint had the home field advantage. The Abomination busted into the WCA compound looking for a rematch with Wonder Man and caught Clint instaid. Hawkeye made a fighting withdrawl to his workshop where he brought Big A. down with his "Ultron Killer" arrow. That's an Adamantium head with enough electrical charge inside to drop, well, the Abomination.
When he is prepped, he can do things like drop each member of the Avengers and T-Bolts at his discretion:
She-Hulk was with no prep whatsoever, and that one started with Jen snapping his bow in half and snatching away his quivver.

Daredevil's the better HTH fighter, but Hawkeye's still going to win due to his trick arrows and general combat ability. Hawkeye's taken out a lot of characters who should be out of his league.
