It would appear that Damien is officially the new Robin.

That came as a surprise.........

Yeah I agree. I think it was a bit of a desperate attempt to make Damien a slightly more sympathetic (if roguish) character for when he becomes the new Robin and Dick becomes the new Batman.

Thanks.

That kinda sucks, I don't have a comic shop near me. Hopefully the hardbound collection will be nifty.

Umm, what does this new Azrael look like?

That's a Quitly, Morrison project that's coming out in July: I doubt that is Damian... I think that's just Robin through a Quitly pen.

Anyways, Morrison has said the Batman he's writing when he comes back IS Bruce. It's not necessarily going to be set in current continuity(knowing Morrison, it could easily be set anytime, or even in a kind of "All-Star Superman" type deal where the continuity just doesn't matter), and that might be Bruce and Dick in those costumes.

So, Damien is Robin and Batman is definetly not Jason.

So we learnt nothing....yay....

Dick will be Batman and Damien will be Robin....

......I'm happy with that.

I'd rather have Dick stay Nightwing tbh

I agree. Richard has come into his own, and it may be time for him to make that leap into darkness as the new Batman.

I'm not worried about that. The Omega Sanction means Morrison can literally put Batman anywhere, and any time. DS did call it "The Death that is life."

Methinks Morrison likes torturing Bruce. haermm
