Yeah, it seemed quite clear he had to have some level of enhancement, based on how he was performing even out of his suit. Jumping off balconies, actually staggering and causing audible grunts of pain from Bucky (Widow couldn't even manage that by punching him in the d***), pretty much tanking a full on hit from his metal arm (the same one that only minutes earlier punch that containment cell door off its hinges and through an elevator door too) etc.

who's the goofball who thought the suit was the thing making T'Challa enhanced? All the suit does is absorb impact.

BP was able to visibly affect WS and Cap, but mostly WS. This is important because it shows somebody who isn't on SS can hurt him, and in some cases send him flying. We don't know the specifics of BP (could be a result of the heart like in comics), however at this point nothing has been said. It seems they are portraying him as just being a super highly skilled guy.

The fact he took on Bucky without his suit speaks for itself.

Yah, it's obvious that BP was enhanced. Anyone watching his feats and thinking otherwise is not very bright.

So many good scenes in Civil War man, that apartment brawl that leads into the chase is simply fantastic.

So, I wonder if this is going to be the 4th time a RDJ Marvel movie breaks the $1 Billion dollar mark? It's looking like it will at the moment at least. It's ahead of IM3 so far.

^People watched it to see Black Panther and Spiderman in MCU. Over all, its a great movie. It deserves to reach the 1 Billion Dollar Mark.
