Yeah, I put off seeing this for a long time. Well I finally saw it and it was surprisingly good (aside from annoying Spiderman crammed in there for $$ and fan service). I expected to be bored to tears but it actually ended up being one of the more solid Marvel films. It's weird, I didn't like the first Captain America much, but the two sequels have been much, much better.
