Well, in my opinion... *she smirks and crosses her arms in a simple ignorance that can only be understood by a slayer* KMC has stopped operating at full force because rather then being united as a whole we stood divided. Everyone needs to come together and have an RP so big that it shakes KMC to its roots! but that's just the opinion of a ghost, someone that nobody here probably remembers *she smiles and shakes her head, expecting nobody to even answer her back with a serious tone*.
According to what I have heard, some of the dedicated talents left because the unhosted role play forum never got past being a second rate role play community with little regard for character development, little respect for the literate touch and with characters having an obsession of never giving into weakness as well as never letting go of sexual impulses 😛
Though that is just one side of the story. I am sure there are other versions as well, just giving the one input that I have 🙂 Also I heard things about players here not being interested in learning from their betters.
