It's his intelligence in maths, physics etc that let him work that stuff out.
Conceivably Many others could easily do this,specifically the 6 people smarter than him. In fact, the fact Hulk can do it via Banner, basically proves this, as Banner, along with Doom, Reed, Pym etc is one of the 6 cleverer people (on Earth).
And TBH, banning him b/c he can work out how to do things like that is like banning Bullseye b/c he never misses, and he's bounced a bin lid to detonate a car engine.
That alone is >> than anything Cho has done.

Actually as far as we know the particular way in which Cho uses his mind is rather unique. He's the 7th smartest person but the second by second ability to apply it makes him much different than just about any other genius type in comics. It's doesn't raise him above 5 points, he isn't doing much that a good martial artist couldn't manage.
Does anyone know if the formulas shown are accurate/relevant to the situation.
The bullet dodging I just guessed he realized where they would shoot.
He has no super human stats, so, say Bullseye or Taskmaster (or a robber with a gun) shot at him, he could work out where the bullet would go etc, but he wouldn't be able to do anything.
Anyone who can aim would kill Cho.
That's why he hangs out with Herc.

He dodged in the way bullets hit lava flow so that they caused lava fountain aimed at the shooters, it wasn't simple "aim dodging". But I do agree, that won't most likely happen with shooter who knows his lore and has (in Bullseye's case) some impressive "controllable ricochet" feats himself.

Yeah, sometimes a lower tier can beat a higher tier. But it's an exception, a rarity. And here we're talking about 2 tiers of difference.
I just think you should be more honest with yourself, or with us. Because I don't think you're trying to be dishonest, but I do think you've been trying to get people below their worth the entire tournament, and it's because you've been pricing them at what you want them for, not actually assessing everything and placing them accordingly.

I have no clue who Knockout is. I don't even know much about Matrix Supergirl. Which is why it's not my job to place her correctly. I'm not bringing it up to be a d*ck, because at this point you and I aren't going to be facing each other again, so I wish you the best. But it seemed fishy, so I wanted to post it.
And DOS DD was a walking plot device. He was he was one-shotting pretty much everyone but Kal. That's not really evidence of anything.
