Captain America vs Constantine Drakon
Location: Avengers gym
Steven Rogers lays on a bench press machine doing up to four hundred pounds of weight laying in his sweatshirt and sweat pants he sits up narrowing his eyes at a figure coming from the dark and turns elbowing Constantine Drakon coming from the dark. Drakon backflips away and springs back tackling Captain America into the ground with his fist raise up but is knocking in the chin with a palm strike getting him off and Captain America delivers 3 more punches into his face and as Drakon falls backwards he back flips and jumps towards Steven with a spinning kick and knocks Captain America back and gets in close for an elbow to the face and Captain America rolls with it and does a back kick to the gut and quickly turns to uppercut Drakon away into some weights. As Drakon lands he falls onto a weight back carrying two hundred pounds while Captain America tosses a 45 pound plate into a wall next to him and it ricochets towards Drakon who jumps to dodge it and gets a drop kick into the stomach and is knocked back and Captain America keeps moving forward to drop his legs ontop of the weights onto Drakon's chest.

PART 5
Batman, Robin and Nightwing vs Hush, Bane, Joker, Killer Croc, Clayface, Scarecrow, Mr Freeze and Man-Bat
In the Batcave, Batman talks through his computer to Catwoman and Huntress on their earpieces. Robin is just finishing suiting up and Nightwing is pushing Alfred away, insisting he is fine as Alfred attends to the last of his injuries.......
"Bruce, we need to go back to Bab's clock tower and find her." Nightwing states.
"No. On your suit, I discovered a toxin in Clayface's mud that is only produced in one place in Gotham, a factory near Gotham docks. We go there first."
Nightwing attempts to respond but is cut short. "Dick, I'm sorry for what happened to Barbara, I really am, but if we are to honour and avenge her, we need to go after those responsible for attempting to destroy us all."
Nightwing reluctantly agrees and one Batmobile's journey later, Batman, Robin and Nightwing stand outside the factory. The three men walk up towards the building slowly. Suddenly a large clicking sound can be heard from the building.
"MOVE!" Shouts Batman as the building explodes, sending debris everywhere. The three heroes land face first on the ground. Batman touches the ground and a mud residue sticks to his glove fingertips.
"Clayface...." Nightwing says. The ground the three heroes are stood on Suddenly bursts upwards like a tidal wave, knocking the three heroes back. The mud forms into Clayface. Nightwing leaps forward, engaging Clayface in battle.
"NO!" Shouts Batman, "IT'S A TRAP, THEY LURED US HERE, GET AWAY!" shouts Batman, as Bane, Joker, Killer Croc, Scarecrow, Mr Freeze and Man-Bat walk from the building wreckage.
Nightwing kicks Clayface in the chest and bounces off of the monster. Clayface forms a gigantic fist and swings it to the ground, allowing the shock wave to knock Nightwing back. Nightwing lands on his feet, hurt but ready. Clayface forms both his hands into a gigantic hammer and is about to crush Nightwing beneath it when Nightwing throws several batarangs into his chest. Clayface absorbs them into his mass.
"You've tried that one before, it didn't work with your clubs" Laughs Clayface.
"My clubs weren't explosive batarangs" Nightwing smiles as Clayface explodes, large chunks of the creature landing in Gotham harbour. "That was for Oracle."
Joker walks towards Batman as Batman dodges a blast from Mr Freeze's ice gun. Joker pulls out a pistol, but before he can fire, Batman sidesteps the Joker, breaks the clowns arm, causing him to drop the gun. He then judo flips the screaming Joker into the approaching Scarecrow, knocking both villains out. Batman runs further into the wreckage of the building, to confront Mr Freeze......
Robin twirls his staff around as Killer Croc runs forward. Killer Croc takes a swipe at Robin who leaps over Croc's swipe and slams his staff down on Croc's face. Landing behind Croc, Robin swings his staff into Croc's legs toppling him. Hearing a loud screech, Robin barely has time to raise his staff in a blocking position before Man-bat flies forward shattering it. Robin is knocked backwards into the side of the batmobile.
Batman leaps forward, towards the fleeing Mr Freeze, throwing a batarang that shatters Freeze's helmet. He then punches Freeze to the ground, knocking him out.
"You are such a brutal fighter, Bruce." states a muffled voice.
Batman twirls around looking for the source of the voice, amongst the high piled mounds of building wreckage and debris. He finds it. Hush is stood atop the largest pile of broken wood and machinery, surrounded by the flames of the explosion. Beneath the villain's bandages Batman can just make out the mouth of Tommy Elliot form into a smile.
Nightwing punches Bane across the face with the palm of his hand, breaking Bane's nose. Bane attempts to respond with a punch but Nightwing drops a gas grenade, knocking Bane out.
"I would inform you as to why I'm destroying you and your family, but it's more fun to watch you squirm. By the way, seen Robin at all since I have started talking?
Hearing a large shrieking sound, both batman and Nightwing look up to see Man-Bat flying off with an unconscious Robin......
PART 6 (Batman and Nightwing vs Man-bat)

PART 6
Batman and Nightwing vs Man-bat
After taking down several villains, Batman is about to confront Hush, joined by Nightwing, when Hush reveals that man-Bat is capturing Robin.
"I suggest you save your ward, Bruce. You don't want to lose any more of them do you?"
Ignoring Hush, Batman and Nightwing simultaneously fire their grappling lines at the fleeing Man-bat. Both heroes Cord's wrap around Man-bat's legs and they are immediately swept up by the creature, hanging on behind, buffeted by the wind.
In a matter of seconds, Both heroes are over 200 feet above the Gotham streets, away from the factory as Man-bat flies in between the skyscrapers of Gotham's financial district. Batman manages to retract his grappling wire and climb onto Man-bat's back. The creature awkwardly squirms in the air, threatening to drop the unconscious Robin as Batman repeatedly punches it......
Meanwhile at one of the city hospitals, doctors check on the condition of the unknown woman they found at the now destroyed clock tower....
"How is she doing?" One doctor asks another.
"She will recover, better than before, in fact. When we operated on her to help her recover from her injuries, we discovered her spinal cord was damaged prior to this incident. We were able to fix it along with her previous injuries." Said the doctor.
Robin slowly awakens to find that Man-bat has him in it's grip, with Batman and Nightwing desperately clinging on. Robin removes a batarang from his utility belt and stabs Man-bat in the leg, causing it to drop Robin. Robin then fires his grappling wire to land on a nearby skyscraper.
Man-bat swoops down and crashes through a large window into an Office block's boardroom. Landing on a huge round wooden table, the creature gets unsteadily to it's feet. Batman and Nightwing both land on the table. Nightwing falls off and lays on the floor, exhausted from hanging on. Batman slowly gets to his feet as Man-bat claws at his stomach, Batman's body armour protects him from the attack, but the front of his suit is badly scratched and his cape is torn.
Batman punches Man-bat across the face and then kicks the creature in the face, knocking it down. The Man-bat flaps it's wings, causing a strong gust of wind to send Batman flying back against the wall. Meanwhile Robin swoops down through the smashed window. Man-bat leaps forward raking Batman's face, cutting his mask in half, exposing half his face. A deep gash appears in Batman's cheek. The creature is about to attack again when it suddenly sways on the spot and collapses. Several tranquilizer darts stick out it's back as Robin stands over it. They revive Nightwing.......
During this battle, halfway across the city, Harvey Dent (AKA Two-Face) leaves his apartment, his face coated with make up to protect his identity. As he walks past a dark alleyway, he is stopped by a familiar bandaged man......

The Red Hood vs Hush
Across the city, Harvey Dent (AKA Two-Face) leaves his apartment, his face coated with make up to protect his identity. As he walks past a dark alleyway, he is stopped by a familiar bandaged man......
"What do you want Elliot?"
"Last time we met, I was trying to kill the Bat. You nearly killed me. I want revenge." Hush states.
"Do your worst, the Bat will protect me." Harvey Dent replies.
"He is.....distracted at the moment. I lead him to believe I was killing his family, so I would be free from him when I came to kill you......now.
Unfortunately Tommy Elliot's opportunity is punctured by the Arrival of another vigilante.....
"GET OUT OF MY CITY!" Shouts Jason Todd/The Red Hood. The Red Hood leaps from the top of a building, during his descent he pulls out an Uzi and opens fire on Hush. Ignoring Harvey Dent, who flees, Hush flips in a cartwheel through the air dodging bullets that rip into the brick wall behind him and graze his trenchcoat.
Pulling out twin pistols, Hush returns the fire. Red Hood leaps behind a dumpster avoiding the onslaught of bullets. The firing stops. The Red Hood looks around the dumpster. Hush is nowhere to be seen.
"Boo."
Stood on top of the Dumpster, Hush kicks the Red hood in the face, causing Jason todd to drop his gun. Hush leaps down and puts the gun against the back of the Red Hood's mask. Before he can fire, the Red Hood twirls around, punching Hush across the face, causing a few bandages to tear and revealing Tommy Elliot's mouth in a twisted grin.
Batman, Robin and Nightwing, trap Man-bat in a large transparent cell back at the batcave and recuperate from their fight.
"Man-bat was a distraction. But if we are the targets, why distract us?" Batman asks.
"Maybe he wasn't distracting us, Bruce, maybe Man-bat was meant to kill us?"
"No, Hush is after someone else....."
Harvey Dent runs down a dark street in the middle of the night, screaming for help. He needs somewhere to hide. Somewhere big, with plenty of rooms. Turning a corner, Dent looks up to see Wayne Enterprises tower........
Hush kicks Red Hood in the chest, knocking Jason out onto the city street, in the middle of the road, cars swerve to avoid them. Red Hood punches one of the guns from Hush's hand.
"My quarrel is not with you, Jason. Leave me free to kill Dent."
"I will kill every mobster, druglord and villain in this city, including you."
Hush smiles and raises his pistol. before Red Hood can react, Hush fires three shots into his chest, bowling him over. Jason gets unsteadily to his feet, blood flowing from his chest, and removes his helmet. Throwing it at Hush, who back flips away from the helmet as it explodes, The Red Hood mysteriously vanishes. Hush smiles. Ripping his bandages off, he reveals the features of the madman known as Tommy Elliot.....
"Now, where was I? Ah yes, the death of Two-Face."

The entire Bat family vs Superman
In the late hours of the evening, in Metropolis, Jimmy Olsen is tied to a chair, hanging from a rope over a ledge on the side of the Daily Planet. After a several minutes the rope snaps and Jimmy screams. A red blue blur streaks through the sky and catches Jimmy before he hits the ground. Placing him on the ground, Superman hears the buzzing of Jimmy Olsen's signal watch.
The signal comes from Gotham.
In the batcave, Batman is pacing up and down, thinking. Nightwing and Robin watch. Catwoman and Huntress return to the cave and have hidden Jim Gordan out of the country. Suddenly the answer hits Batman like a brick.
Hush is after Harvey Dent.
At that moment, Wayne Tower security alarms flash on the batcave computer. Surveillance cameras show Harvey Dent and Hush/Tommy Elliot in Wayne Tower!
Harvey Dent runs into Wayne Tower, bowling several security guards over as he makes it into the lift. The guards are about to follow when a man in a trench coat bursts into the hall, hot on Dent's trail. Tommy Elliot is out for revenge. Before the guards can react, he shoots them down with his twin pistols.
A split second later Superman hovers over Elliot.
"You nearly killed Jimmy Olsen, stole his watch and killed these men. Give me one reason why I shouldn't hand you over to the police."
Tommy Elliot smiles. "Simply because, before the first time I met Batman I had one of his most trusted colleagues, a technician named Harold, break into the Bat computers. On one computer, he found a contingency plan should you ever become a villain. It told me how to hypnotize you."
Batman, Robin and Nightwing are in the Batplane, approaching Wayne tower. Huntress and Catwoman approach below on bikes. Suddenly a blue blur cuts through the plane destroying it. Ejecting from the plane, the three heroes land on a nearby skyscraper. Superman hovers above them.
"Clark?" Batman asks.
Superman smiles and fires his heat vision. Batman, Nightwing and Robin disperse, jumping in different directions as half the building roof is destroyed. Robin stands forward twirling his staff. Superman inflates his lungs and lets out his arctic breath, freezing Robin on the spot.
Nightwing leaps forward, jumping through the air, he throws a batarang at Superman, who catches it before it hits his face. Nightwing smiles as Superman crushes the batarang and the shard of Kryptonite hidden inside weakens him. Falling to the ground, Superman is confronted by batman wielding a Kryptonite ring. Batman gut punches Superman and then punches him across the face. His second punch is stopped by Superman, who throws Batman off the building, through the air, smashing through a window where Batman lands awkwardly inside of Wayne Tower.
Nightwing picks up the Kryptonite Shard. Before Nightwing can blink, he is hover several feet above the roof, Superman throttling him. Nightwing nearly passes out but mustering the last of his strength, he stabs Superman in the shoulder with the kryptonite shard. Both heroes fall to the ground unconscious......
Harvey Dent takes the lift up to the roof. He runs to a nearby ledge and is about to climb down. The roof doors bust open and Tommy Elliot walks forward. Elliot pulls out his twin pistols and is about to shoot Dent when a woman's voice breaks the silence.
"Step back, freaks."
Huntress and Catwoman are on the roof, waiting for them......

Brother hood of evil Mutants vs Superman,Batman,Wonder Woman.
Location: random city
While the Blob drags a block of gold stolen from a Random bank he feels wind past by him as he stops to turn seeing Superman wiping his hands of the the dust and turns to see Batman and Wonder Woman getting ready to attack when walls of flame get around Wonder Woman Batman jumps back as he blocks an kick from Mystique and throws 2 Batarangs at her. Wonder Woman starts to look through the flames as it comes in contact with her she throws her tiara at a pyro and hits both his hands and it plugs up the gas and explodes blasting both his hands off and gets a lasso around the neck and immediately gets his neck broken with a small tug. Cut to Superman as ge gets bounced back as Blob stands laughing at him and walks forward delivering a pimp slap to him and the ground crumbles sucking him in Blob runs after him only to receive an uppercut that knocks him away. Batman walks over to Mystique who transforms into sasquatch and runs after Batman who rolls over and with a raise of his leg hits her in her privates which reverts her into her into her normal self and pulls her up by her hair and stops her elbow with his hand and elbows her back she turns revealing 3 bumps on her face with a black eye and she charges again just to get knocked out by a bat knuckle. Wonder Woman with both her hands knocks Blob back who is then lifted by Superman and thrown ontop of Avalanche Sabertooth jumps at the 3 ready and poised only to be melted down to muck with a quick heat vision blast. Superman, Wonder Woman and Batman laugh at Sabertooth's pathetic attempt of an attack and spit his remains multiple times and walks away with Superman quickly following after poking holes in each of there heads and with one big word bubble hover there heads. JUSTICE LEAGUE OWNS.

PART 9/The Penultimate Chapter
Catwoman and Huntress vs Hush
Harvey Dent takes the lift up to the roof of Wayne Tower. He runs to a nearby ledge and is about to climb down. The roof doors bust open and Tommy Elliot walks forward. Elliot pulls out his twin pistols and is about to shoot Dent when a woman's voice breaks the silence.
"Step back, freaks."
Huntress and Catwoman are on the roof, waiting for them. Tommy Elliot looks at both the women and smiles.
"I can see why Batman would want two such lovely ladies on his side. Shame I'll have to kill you both."
Hush opens fire with his twin pistols on Huntress and Catwoman. Catwoman forward flips over Hush as he continues his fire onto Huntress. Huntress side rolls away from the gunshots and pulls out her staff. Hush shoots the staff from her hand but before he can shoot down Huntress, Catwoman flicks her whip, wrapping it around Hush's arm and yanking his aim with one of the pistols upwards, away from Huntress.
Hush jerks his hand forward, Catwoman, still holding the whip, is pulled forward and Hush sticks out his arm, elbowing Catwoman in the face. He puts one of his guns to her face and is about the pull the trigger, when Huntress leaps forward and Hush is forced to kick her away from him. Huntress is knocked back into Harvey Dent, knocking him into the roof entrance, where he slumps to ground, unconscious......
In Gotham hospital a nurse watches over the body of an unknown woman who was found in the rubble of a destroyed clock tower. She was disabled but she has healed from it along with her recent injuries. She is making a speedy recovery. The nurse looks away for a second and the patient is gone.
Barbara Gordan is still alive.
Hush blocks a kick from Catwoman and then ducks from a punch by Huntress. Hitting Huntress on the back of the head with his gun he turns to Catwoman as she leaps forward. He fires three shots at Selina and one hits her in the shoulder. Catwoman is knocked from her leap and she falls to the ground, in a spreading pool of blood.
Huntress runs forward enraged. Smiling, Hush spins his leg around, his heel hitting Huntress in the face. Huntress falls to the ground unconscious and Hush puts one of his pistols to her chest.
A batarang spins through the air, hitting Hush's gun and knocking it from his hand where the pistol is sent flying off the edge of Wayne Tower.
Hush spins around.
"Bruce. I thought you'd never make it. I'm surprised your Super friend didn't take you down. No matter, I certainly will.
Framed in the roof doorway, Batman stands ready for combat.
"You attempted to kill Jim Gordan. You've killed his daughter, Barbara. You have tried to kill my family. You better pray Catwoman is alive. All so you could kill Harvey Dent?" Batman shouts over the sudden downpour of rain.
Hush smiles.
" No Bruce. After Dent's death, I've decided to rob Wayne Tower. It's not enough to kill your family. I want your Empire as well. But now, It's time for the last member of the Wayne family to fall. Goodbye Bruce."
Raising his remaining pistol Hush opens fire......

But can you be 100% be sure he absorbs this lord raptor (take into account him absorbing earth isnt canon anyway) also thats the thing, its Kains soul that keeps him alive so absorbing kain will do nothing, even if he can, magical beings, pff

his soul would excist, so he would have to reform elsware wouldnt he, that would be in-effect killing him as well, so it wouldnt be able to happen, you need to absorb kains soul to kill him, hence why soulreaver blade is the only weapon to be able to defeat him, it takes souls, but id say anyone who can take souls can kill kain, but anyway, he wouldnt be able to absorb kain before old time reaver is in effect ,or incapacitate.
