William Fichtner has signed on to join the cast of Paramount Pictures The Longest Yard, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

Fitchtner will join the remake of the 1970s comedy, with stars including Adam Sandler, Gary Oldman, Burt Reynolds, Chris Rock and Adam Sandler.
