No....

Because, I mean, Wolverine ACTUALLY healed from a skeleton. Under his own power.

The Surfer beat T & A via plot device.

What he did was no better than Spiderman beating sandman with a vacuum or fire hydrant. Except at least Spiderman wouldn't almost commit suicide in the process.
