These people have fought before but the fight wasn't to the death.If both were going all out and both were bloodlusted who would win?

yeah...I do.But in their previous battle it didn't look like thanos stomped.They weren't going for the kill but were going for the KO and on KMC that constitutes a win.

Her only shot would be the Godslayer. Too bad that Thanos have shield making him able to survive an onslaught of power from Galactus himself.

Thanos, on the other side, have plenty of options: Punching her face, vaporise her, tp, etc, etc.

That is false as hell, Thanos and Gamora were sparing and she admit that Thanos allowed her to get close him, hell he even faked the nerve stroke blow she gave him, she eve said " okay Thanos I know you are faking", Thanos is the one who trained her.
