1st fight probably goes to Iron Lad: with no rules (and out of character) he simply BFRs them into the dinosaur age. In character he might lose, but he has tech 1000 years (at least) ahead of everyone else so it's not a stomp.

I know next to nothing about Iron Lad, but I know that neither Tony or Rhodey have enough firepower in their standard gear to do much to Colossus, if it gets up close, he'll wreck them, and he'll probably be tossing debris the whole match as well.
