Batman would beat Bucky in h2h, he wouldn't "destroy him", WS has fought Cap, defeated both Black Widow and Hawkeye, sh*t stomped Crossbones (not the time he shot him), defeated Crossbones and the Snake-dude-team (this one he shot Crossbones down), admited as more dangerous by Punisher. His feats are up there as a fighter, he would lose to Batman but it would be a fight.
