I would think, Majestic would out muscle Nate with speed blitz. Problem is X-Man power to tune into the the Planck Length. If Majestic has some way to counter X-Man's ability to tune into the Planck Length. Then he stands a fare game of winning. But then you run into a second dilemma.
Has Majestic ever tested the waters against a high end telepath?
