Thor. Thor vs Magneto fights are fun reads but Thor has and would overcome Magneto's shields. Invisible Woman is out of her league here. Her shields cannot handle that type of power. The clone Thor was pushing the limits of her shields. Team needs a little more to even threaten Thor. Right now it's a how long till my shield is overcome and I get crushed kind of fight.

They can win. Magneto puts mjolnir in the ground for a brief while and they use their powers on the inside of thor's body for a KO.
