Both are can be very tactical in their approach if need be but who wins?

First, who wins in a head up battle?
Second who wins with a month of prep?

Then im going with General Zod.. Too fast.. Plus ranged attacks.. Plus If Rulk starts getting too hot Zod can use his HV to make burn him up.

He never lost the Loeb Force, he can still operate on those levels, but he chooses not to. Why? Ross believes that if he continues to use his absorption powers that he will lose his ability to revert back to his Human form.

Going all out, Rulk crushes Zod IMO.
