I'm not denying Puck if fast and agile but the way Bentley made his statement was that Puck was superior to Gambit.

Yeah I would say he is, he certainly has the superior agility and speed feats. There's a reason Taskmaster called him a "magnificant bastard" 
Not yet, and there is no torrent up yet. I just bought the issue and don't have a scanner.
