That's why I said "seal him" nobody can get in or out, even if they can teleport between dimensions. Darkseid used one as well.

I don't have the scans now, but when has GR taken out 6 top tiers with one penance stare? It's not even a guarantee that Lobo will be effected. Both Lobo and Etrigan have resited similar attacks. Lobo pretty much is unstoppable and doesn't care about heaven or hell.
