The OTHER Brown lantern ring
So the Brown light of the Spectrum (is that even a thing) used to be about humor, but it was unstable and shifted! Instead it became the light of b_llshitting!
The wearer of the Brown ring becomes stronger on three situations:
1) The better he's at lying to others.
2) The better he's at spotting a lie.
3) The better he's at lying to himself.
You can discuss which characters are the best relative to each of these abilities individually, or all of them combined.
Ignore sue characters that are supposed to be great manipulators but with underwhelming feats, please.

I think there are some feats of spider-sense telling Pete when someone's lying. There are some haxx feats for it lurking in his history. I'd have to consult DC's respect thread to check.
