I havent made an anti-Thanos thread in quite some time... smile

Anyway, the weakest, I'm not sure; a Cube Being has already one-shot-KO'ed Thanos on panel...anything beyond that point is speculation.

My gut says that a determined Elder God level being should be able to accomplish the goal in the OP...

2000ft Destroyer should be able to one-shot-KO Thanos as should a sufficiently well fed Demogorge...
