I wanna say Val takes it, but i can see flight advantage/HF/Nth metal argued for a HM win.

Anything else Nth metal does, other than give a healing factor to the user? Couldn't Valk decapitate Hawkman and negate his healing factor?

It can protect HM from attacks, increases his strength (As he OWNED Blockbuster), regenerates his limbs (after he fought Lobo), accelerates his healing (as he fought off Shaggy Man, android), able to project fire attacks, able to create hand weapons (axes, swords, etc..)

Hawkman probably wins this.

Its a hax/plot device; it has enough actual feats that blowing its capabilities out of proportion is pretty common in HM threads.
Not that it needs to be blown, most times.

Valkyrie. Apparently she can go "Super Saiyan" and unleash her uber powerful dark side.

Even without that, on average, I'd still give it to Valkyrie.

Agreed. Hawkman can also upgrade his own armor to face off against stronger opponents as he did with Blockbuster.
