hard to argue that.
if he decides NOT to smash hulk's atoms, i think hulk would take this more often than not though unless he goes to max size. even when he is at that size he can still be ko'd. his durability has always been suspect. i remember ba one-shotting him a couple times. hulk isn't adam, obviously, but i think he has a couple feats to suggest he would put atom down with a couple good shots. pretty good match up, but hulk for the majority imo.
That guy has some absurd feats, for a d lister, from one shotting Iron Man to staggering Moonstone with two Moon stones.

Never let anyone else define you. Post infinity ink he hasnt been shown altering density often but has been shown altering mass (which less fave it you need greater density to have greater mass usually). His impressive ahowings as I see it are those where he does (only in some of these cases do we have the evidence)
