Either the weakest high herald or the strongest mid herald.
I'll go with the strongest mid herald and say Savage Hulk can knock him out. I have Savage Hulk as a mid herald due to his lack of versatility, even though his physical strength and durability (healing factor) are up there with high heralds, if not higher.
For the longest time I've been saying that any character from any tier can punch above their weight, even if we deem it stupid at times. That's why a mid meta like Spider-Man can overwhelm a herald like Firelord with physical damage alone. And that's where Spider-Man should obviously and absolutely max out.
Heralds and trans characters also have a track record of doing something impressive to characters they shouldn't even be allowed to look funny at. You have Starbrand killing Beyonders, Thor making the Chaos King whimper in pain, Captain America KOing the Hulk, Superman harming the World Forger / KOing Barbatos.
In another thread I mentioned that there are cosmic characters, who have insane power, but are glass canons. Being universal does not automatically mean that you have universal level durability. While at the same time you can have universal level durability and not be universal (Hyperion for example). So all these characters have their advantages and disadvantages – and unexplainable fights happen way too often and way too frequently for us to dismiss that stuff.
That's why I think that a character like Savage Hulk can punch way above his paygrade and KO Barbatos with physical power alone. That does not mean that Savage Hulk is a universal-multiversal power house, nor does it mean that Barbatos has only meta level durability. It just... happens.
And it all boils down to one simple thing: Punches inflict more damage than anything else in comics. And if there is one thing Hulk can do well, it's to punch people.

What if I make a thread about Who can knock out Abraxas? I don’t think you’re going to see people saying damage or Bane. This is basically the equivalent of what these butthurt lowballers are doing.
Not what I'm getting at. Superman is far and away quite a bit above everyone at this point. Despite the bitching and arguing about it. Pretty much everyone knows it. Like 99 % of comicbook characters are not replicating any of his top tier stuff. It just seems more like bait threads than actual matches to instill Supermans superiority.
