I would pick Forerunner from DC. I thought the character had great showings and had potential to be added to more story lines.

I would pick Blue Marvel from Marvel. I enjoyed the mini and felt he could be worked into more story lines.

I liked Sentry at first. When I got back into comics I got older issues when I could find them. Marvel had to go and complicate the character with emo crap.
