What unexpected use of characters, the last time anyone use Surge was.. actually me.
Its true that Medusa will be the one that dish out the most physical damage and provide protection (grabbing hold of shield, baton, metal claws), but Surge has super speed (not Northstar fast...), electricity, and average X-Men training to dodge and and shoot from afar range. Wasp has some training w/ the Avengers, but here she pretty much fodder against those guys in physical combat, but she does have range attacks and to add to her disadvantage, these guys are covering their ears, so her shrinking might not be useful.

Wasp should really fly around and provide support fire, give distraction while the first three try and fight Medusa and Surge directly.
