Not as strong as any Atlantean but a middle aged balding one. Those suckers are the ones to watch out for. It's like reverse Saiyan's, less hair signifies more power.

Yes, a long time ago, Heimdall was like High Herald, but not anymore. Not without Odin augmenting his might.
