the leader SUCKS. he's always sucked. which is sort of too bad. i've always liked the idea of his being intellectually equal to the hulk's physicality, butttt..... that has never been the case. batman wipes him out. doubt he'd even need prep.

Is Batman normally equiped with psionic protection? If not, this isn't looking very well for him. On the other hand, Bruce would kick the Leader's kidneys out of him, or punish him with a number of MA/tech attacks. The Leader is also often accompanied by his humanoid army, which may not be enough to beat Batman alone, but when you factor in the psionics, and that in a by chance/no prep battle, the Leader's chances of winning are good. Good fight imo.
