TBH Aunt May is funnier than Deadpool in some of his current titles...

But if we take the good ol well written DP I can only think of some chars that are as funny, but not funnier.

Deadpool was sooo much funnier when he wasn't oversaturating the market. Now his presence annoys me which is a shame as I used to love the character.

Spidey is funnier than Deadpool. Agent X's original series was funnier. Scott Pilgrim is funnier.

Well, Agent X is basically Deadpool, he got his sense of humor. But yeah those issues were hillarious. I actually loled several times.

Apart from his debut in New Mutants #98, I had everything Deadpool related right up until about halfway through the Cable and Deadpool series (dropped off early 20's and stopped collecting somewhere around issue 30/31) due to a reduced interest in the series. Since then I have had no desire to read Deadpool, my enthusiasm for the character rapidly disappeared. The only recent Deadpool series that has tempted me was the noir mini but I haven't bought it yet.

Unless the MAX returns to the nineties humour (one of the few good things in the 90's was X-men and Deadpool) I doubt I'll be picking it up....
