In TP battle Emma takes upper hand, but if Dane can protect himself from her going all out on his mind...Emma's in great trouble.
I see it being either stalemate (with odds in Dany's favour since he can easily BFR diamond Emma with TK), or 7/10 in Dany's favour (3 victories is given to Emma due to her telepathic superiority)...
But again, that's only if Dane can protect his mind from Emma's TP assault and at the same time kill or BFR her with his TK blast\shot her\KO her in hand to hand combat due to being her superior both in skill and strength department.
I don't remember such feats of him (resisting the attack of high order telepath and continue fighting at his full ability at the same time). If he can- then it's all over for Emma. If he can't- then it's closer to stalemate...
Anyway, Emma is his superior as telepath. And it gives her a couple of victories.
Frost. Dane has never really shown the finesse with his TP that Frost has. It's mostly HEAD EXPLODE ***** whereas Frost is Xavier league when it comes to pure skill. She could likely make him orgasm every split second when the match begins.
And I'm Emma's fan...But Emma can win only if Dane is uncapable to protect himself from her TP assault and attack with his TK or just hand-to-hand at the same time. Let's get real.
Emma is incredibly skillful when it comes down to TP. But it's pretty much her only trump card. If Emma turns diamond, Dane can't do anything to her (unless he BFRs her).
In pure telepathy contest, Emma wins 10/10. But when other powers and skills apart from TP come into play, then Emma's chances are decreasing. Dane is stronger, better fighter, has pretty impressive showings with his TK. It gives him victory 6-7\10 or stalemate if Emma's in her diamond form.
If he doesn't have such ability, then he's doomed. As a telepath he's definetely weaker than Emma... and the idea that he would be too busy defending himself to attack prorerly seems realistic.
Well...If Danny can't BFR Emma with his TK (he's able to, of course, but if victory via BFR isn't allowed), then it's closer to stalemate. Danny's skilled hand-to-hand fighter, his reflexes and speed are above human... but diamond Emma is more durable and was able to cause some troubles in hand-to-hand to such formidable fighter as Sage...
