The thing with solo characters vs large numbers of opponents is that the group usually attacks 3-4 at a time while the others watch. Although it could be hard for 150 characters to all land an attack at once.
Bruce can cripple a large number of them but realistically they could all just dog pile Bats.

Sure it does.
His suit's too durable, he's too skilled and even his bare stats are way above any realistic human. The only way these guys win is if they're mind-controlled and ignore pain. Otherwise the'll just break their fists and feet hitting him.
