Spider-man vs Titania. He beat her so badly that she developed a phobia of him.

Hulk vs Abomination in IH 270. Again beaten so badly he started crying after that.

Superman vs Maxima in AC 651. Once he goes all out, he totally ignored her attacks and then bitchslapped her unconscious.

Superman vs Wonder Woman in Final Crisis. He didn't even attack her directly, she was KTFO by just being in his path.

Superman vs every supervillain on earth in Ending Battle. He curbstomped every one of them.

Superman vs Imperiex Probes. He was oneshotting them like paper when he went all out.

A personal favourite of mine would be Hulk vs the Abomination from Incredible Hulk #459. An issue-long beat-down in the purest sense of the word that had some seriously epic moments.

Also in hindsight this turned out to be the trigger for Blonsky murdering Betty so it had some lasting ramifications to say the least.

That fight with Titania shows that speed + strength takes it's toll on bricks like Titania.

She is stronger than him and she will destroy Pete if she was able to land a solid blow, but since Spiderman is so fast and he is strong too (not as strong as Titania) He can defeat her in a humiliating manner.
